Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time Mon-Fri 08:00am-03:30pm
Compensation: Pay Range: $125,000-$130,000 Per Year
DescriptionA leading organization supporting individuals with developmental disabilities seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services across multiple residential programs in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time position requires strong clinical leadership and the ability to manage a fast-paced, multi-site environment with a focus on oversight, compliance, and team leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications- Active NYS RN license
- 5 years of clinical experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (OPWDD setting highly preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Meet compliance deadlines
