About This Role
Join NYU Langone Health as a Per Diem Ambulatory Care Nurse, where you will support the coordination and implementation of nursing practice and clinical policies while providing comprehensive patient care.
Highlights- Pay: $70/hour

Per Diem
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Collect patient health history.
- Record information in electronic health record.
- Provide information and education to patients and families regarding test results and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and provide comprehensive wound care.
- Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments and procedures.
- Consult with clinical supervisors to determine best treatment plans.
- Direct and supervise licensed practical nurses and medical assistants.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required;
Associate Degree in Nursing may be approved with conditions.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience in applicable area.
- Current Registered Nurse License in New York.
- Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification preferred.
