APP - Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant – Float

Float locations:
Poughkeepsie, Middletown, Newburgh, Yorktown, & Fishkill (Monday‑Friday 5–8.5 hour shifts)

• Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.
• Deliver patient‑centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure or Physician Assistant license.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (helpful but not required).
• Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all listed locations.

• Salary up to $165,000 per year based on experience.
