Located in the heart of the Northeast Bronx, our 200-bed skilled nursing facility provides short-term rehab, sub-acute care, long-term care, and in-house hospice services. We’re looking for an RN Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.

As an RN Supervisor
, you play a vital role in overseeing the clinical care of our residents. You will be a mentor, problem-solver, and leader
, ensuring our nursing team provides the highest level of care while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Oversee the clinical care of assigned residents and units
• Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff to provide top-quality care
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth unit operations
• Foster teamwork and strong communication with staff, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and ancillary staff to enhance care

• Active NYS RN License (unencumbered)
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare
• Strong leadership,
  critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• BCLS/ACLS certification required
• LTC experience & Sigma Care EMR knowledge preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required (unless medically exempt)
