This position is for a registered nurse specializing in long-term care. The role involves administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Timely and accurate documentation is essential. You will provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies. Supervision of CNAs on assigned units will be required. This facility has a patient population that includes residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Every other weekend will be required upon center request. The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment and must be flexible with scheduling needs. You will be expected to work collaboratively with diverse individuals. Modules will be provided and must be completed prior to the start date of the assignment.
Active client license required.
Certifications:
BLS required. Must-have:
Dependable with consistent attendance. Strong attendance and punctuality required. Ability to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation.
