As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), you will serve as the trusted bridge between science and practice—educating healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers on IG therapies and their impact. By combining your clinical background with a commercial mindset, you’ll drive awareness, optimize therapy use, and help expand Kedrion’s presence in the IG marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver impactful education on immunoglobulin therapy, disease states (e.g., primary immunodeficiency, neuropathies), and Kedrion’s IG portfolio.
• Highlight clinical benefits, safety, and administration requirements to support appropriate therapy adoption.
• Build strategic relationships with infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers.
• Partner with sales colleagues to strengthen account access, uncover new opportunities, and align education with business objectives.
• Serve as a credible resource for branded and unbranded education, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
• Leverage market insights and field feedback to inform commercial strategy and optimize territory coverage.
• Support key events, programs, and initiatives that drive IG therapy awareness and adoption.
• Stay current on therapeutic advances, market trends, and competitor products.
• Manage a national travel schedule, maximizing coverage of priority accounts.
• Track and report educational engagements, outcomes, and metrics aligned to territory and business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful educational content and presentations.

Qualifications

• Active ASN/BSN degree and nursing license required.
• 3+ years of experience with immunoglobulin therapy (clinical or industry).
• 3+ years as a Clinical Nurse Educator in pharma strongly preferred; equivalent IG/infusion nursing expertise considered.
• Demonstrated success delivering persuasive, audience-tailored clinical education.
• Strong relationship-building skills with infusion centers, pharmacies, providers, and patient communities.
• Skilled at simplifying complex medical information and presenting with confidence.
• Comfortable engaging both small groups and large audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Nationwide travel required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional, customer-focused, and passionate about improving lives through IG therapies.
• Must meet client vaccination requirements where applicable.
