Clinical Manager – Pediatric Service Line Night Flex
Location:
New York, New York.
Shift: Night Flex (United States of America).
As the Clinical Manager for the Inpatient Pediatric Service Line at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center Komansky Children’s Hospital, you will lead a Magnet-designated nursing team and collaborate with the transformational leaders of the entire pediatric team. You will work closely with the three units’ Patient Care Directors and fellow Clinical Managers.
Preferred Criteria- Previous leadership experience
- Master’s in Nursing or related field
- American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN experience
- At least two years of pediatric experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership competencies
Salary Range: $145,000-$168,000/Annual
