LocationLocation: Southern New York State, within an hour of New York City.
Responsibilities- Lead NHSN reporting and analytics.
- Develop CDC/APIC‑aligned policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and EMR‑driven surveillance automation.
- Oversee patient safety improvement projects.
- Manage construction ICRA and device procedure bundle reliability.
- Conduct rounding, coaching, and competency‑based education for staff.
- Coordinate outbreak response and outbreak management.
- Partner closely with CMO, CNO, , Lab Services, Facilities, EVS, Perioperative leadership, and Quality/Patient Safety councils.
- Ensure Joint Commission readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
