Nursing Assistant - Part Time

Position: Nursing Assistant - Part Time - Days
Location: Montour Falls

Cayuga Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including toileting, ambulating, repositioning, and monitoring and recording intake and output of fluids; record patient weight and obtain vital signs; report abnormal findings to the RN;
Reinforce education with patients (e.g., incentive spirometer use) and fall prevention;
Maintain a clean and organized patient bedside area to ensure a safe workspace;
Intentionally round on each patient every hour;
Complete mandatory orientation training prior to starting work
