Registered Nurse

Sevita is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing person‑centered care to individuals of all ages and abilities in home and community‑based settings. As a Registered Nurse with Sevita, you will play a key role in helping people live life to the fullest by delivering high‑quality, individualized nursing care across a broad range of services, including behavioral health, brain injury rehabilitation, and specialized support for individuals and families.

In this role, you will complete comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor the ongoing health status of the individuals you support. You will administer medications and treatments, perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, case managers, and direct support professionals—to coordinate services and promote safe, effective care in home, community, and clinic‑based environments.

You will provide education and support to individuals and their families, teaching them about health conditions, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote independence and improved quality of life. You will apply strong clinical judgment to recognize changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and elevate concerns appropriately. Infection control, safety, and adherence to all regulatory and organizational policies will be central to your daily work.
