Job SummaryStaff Nurse - RN - hybrid EP/ Cardiac Cath Lab

- Full time. Cardiac nursing at New York‑Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center requires complex cases, rare technology and a finely tuned, inspiring team care‑giving approach.
Nurses work side‑by‑side with physicians utilizing highly effective techniques to obviate the need for open‑heart surgery, consequently reducing invasive procedures performed on patients. The Cardiac Cath Lab participates in major NIH studies and evaluates novel clinical approaches.
Preferred Criteria- Previous nursing experience in critical care, ICU, or emergency department settings
- At least one year of acute care RN experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS & ACLS certification through the American Heart Association

Additional InformationAll roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
