New York, New York. Shift: Night Shift (Flexible at times).
Staff Nurse - Cohen 17 Mother‑Baby & Transitional Nursery – Full‑time Nights at New York‑Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. This facility opened in August 2020 and provides comprehensive maternity and neonatal care, including private rooms, well‑baby bassinets, neonatal intensive care isolettes, labor and delivery rooms, operating rooms, and advanced imaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting. Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions and shared clinical decision‑making. Support a patient‑centered service line and adapt to both low‑ and high‑risk patients during the opening of a new women’s hospital.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in Women’s health
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
- Collaborates well with a multi‑disciplinary team
Full‑time night shift with rotating weekends and holidays. On‑site presence required; employees should live within a commutable distance to New York‑Presbyterian. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
CompensationSalary Range: $133,595–$153,220 per year.
