The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a dedicated Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York, NY, to provide exceptional care for our geriatric residents. This role involves medication administration, conducting vital signs checks, and providing education to residents and families within our Skilled Nursing Facility.
