2 North is a 36‑bed Med Surg/Cardiac/Telemetry unit known for its high turnover of short‑stay cardiac cath procedure patients. We partner with the Cath Lab for patients admitted for diagnostic cardiac catheterization and emphasize telemetry cardiac monitoring with our diagnosed patients. Patients downgraded from our 2022 Society of Thoracic Surgeons award‑winning CTICU to Med Surg are targeted for placement on 2N.

• Partner with top specialists to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Provide care to patients admitted for diagnostic cardiac catheterization and telemetry monitoring.
• Assist in patient management and monitoring on a 36‑bed Med Surg/Cardiac/Telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with the Cath Lab for short‑stay cardiac cath procedure patients.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current NYS RN licensure.
• BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Salary Range: $59.57–$66.29 per hour.

New York-Presbyterian/Queens Hospital – 56-45 Main St, Flushing, NY 11355.

Full Time Day (37.5hrs; 7AM–7PM; rotating weekends & holidays required).
