Location: New York
Position Summary
We are seeking a Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Maternal Child Float position covering Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU units. The role is full-time night shift (7PM‑7AM, 37.5hrs/week) with rotating holidays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Float between the Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU units as patient needs dictate.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for mothers and newborns across ante‑, peri‑, and postpartum phases.
- At least one year RN experience in NICU, postpartum/nursery, labor and delivery, or pediatrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current New York State RN license.
- BLS certification via American Heart Association.
- NRP certification (obtainable within 6months of hire).
Hourly rate: $59.57–$66.29. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee support programs.
Work Location & LogisticsPosition requires on‑site presence at New York‑Presbyterian/Queens. Employees must live within a commutable distance to the hospital. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
