Location: Manhasset
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job DescriptionProvide care for residents of our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IV medications.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Providing resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
- Salary up to $43 per hour.

- Shift: 11pm‑7am.
