Licensed Practical Nurses are needed to execute a physician-established plan of treatment, operating under the supervision of an RN Supervisor. Nurses in this role will serve as advocates and health educators for patients, families, and communities.

• Active LPN license to practice in New York
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS)

• Promote health improvement and maintenance within patient groups.
• Record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist in patient rehabilitation following the physician’s treatment plan.
