  Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

  Monday – Friday, 8‑hr Day Shift
• Practice Area:
  Primary Care / Family Medicine

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner with an active NY License
• Must have 2+ years clinical experience treating the full lifespan
• Experience managing chronic health issues, women’s health, pap smears, HIV/STD & STI care preferred
• DEA License
• Bilingual Spanish Required
