Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) – Day & Night Shifts

Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) to join our team of healthcare professionals. • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, policies, and long-term care regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• N.Y.S. Approved C.N.A Certification (mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or subacute setting
• Basic computer skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

• Work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and dedicated subacute wing
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate and encourage independence
• Support residents transitioning from hospital to home

• Competitive pay ($19 - $22 HOURLY)
