Mercy University invites nominations and applications for 12‑month faculty positions in the nursing program.

This position requires the ability to teach a variety of nursing courses, including medical‑surgical, pathophysiology, and pharmacology. Teaching will emphasize high‑impact teaching practices, inclusive pedagogy, and active learning.

• At least 3 years’ experience in an academic setting (preferred).
• Unencumbered NYS License.
• Experience teaching in an online format.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.

• MS in Nursing (required). DNP, PhD, or EdD (preferred).

• Must be able to perform tasks that may involve pushing, pulling, moving, or lifting up to 50 lbs, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
• Must meet all role‑specific general health and safety requirements in accordance with university policies and guidelines upon hire, with reasonable accommodations provided as needed.
