Location: New York
Greater NY Nursing Services is seeking an LPN in Homecare for one-on-one patient care in Brooklyn, NY. You will provide medication administration and monitor patient conditions in a 1:1 setting, with a focus on safety and documentation.
Responsibilities include documenting observations, ventilator and trach care, and g‑tube feeding support. Shifts run Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Eligible candidates must have an active LPN license and CPR/BLS certification.
