Long island Care Center is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.
CPT approved site
Must be a Registered Nurse to apply.

Previous MDS experience required. Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.
Requirements- NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.
- Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.
- Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:$56.41 per hour
