RN Registered Nurse Case Manager Local and Travel

• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 8-Hour Days, Monday–Friday
• Schedule:
  
  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  37.5 hours per week

• Active NY RN License
• BSN required
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience
• Experience with acute care discharge planning
• BLS Certification
• PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification
• SCREEN Training Certification
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills
• Experience with Care Port, MCG, Inter Qual, or Utilization Review is preferred
• Prior critical care experience is preferred
