Location: New York
MJHS Health System in the Greater New York area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide and coordinate primary clinical care for nursing home residents within our Elderplan/Home First network. You will work as part of a care team to support member health goals.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Nursing, NYS RN/NP license, DEA certificates, and 1–2 years of clinical experience with geriatrics; managed care experience a plus. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
