The Clinical Nurse I - RN position in the Pediatric Progressive Care Unit at New York-Presbyterian is ideal for dedicated nurses looking to make a significant impact on pediatric patient care. This full-time night shift role offers the opportunity to work in a leading healthcare environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
Highlights- Pay: $129,681-$141,006/Annual
- Location: New York, NY
- Facility: New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital
- Schedule: Full Time, Night shift
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
- Engage in shared clinical decision‑making processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
ExperienceAt least one year of acute care RN experience in pediatrics preferred
Licenses & Certifications- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- National Certification preferred
