As an IVF Coordinator
, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey—guiding them through treatment, providing education and support, coordinating care, and ensuring a seamless patient experience every step of the way.

• Coordinate IVF treatment cycles from consultation through completion
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, testing, and procedures
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic testing
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, laboratories, and outside facilities
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR
• Provide compassionate support while helping patients navigate an emotional and complex process

• 1–2 years of healthcare, care coordination, or fertility experience preferred
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• A confident communicator who enjoys building patient relationships
• Compassionate, empathetic, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
