Registered Nurse - Neonatal ICU; NICU - Night + Rotating Weekends

About This Role

The Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) at New York-Presbyterian is responsible for providing exceptional care to newborns requiring specialized attention. This role is ideal for nurses with a passion for neonatal care and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

• Pay: $59.57-$66.29/Hourly
• Location: Flushing, NY
• Facility: New York-Presbyterian/Queens
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift (37.5 hrs/wk; 7P - 7A)

• Provide care for newborns in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Monitor and assess the health status of premature and critically ill infants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
• Educate families on care plans and health management for their newborns.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required

• At least one year of RN experience in NICU, postpartum/nursery, labor and delivery, or pediatrics required

• Current New York State RN license
• BLS certification with American Heart Association required
• NRP certification required
• Specialty certification a plus
