The Registered Nurse Team Lead is responsible for time management, critical thinking, delegation, and prioritization. Direct patient care may include assessment, monitoring, and recording and reporting patients' conditions. A professional RN collaborates with the care team, participates in interdisciplinary care, and advocates for patients.

• Professional RN demonstrates time management, critical thinking, delegation, and prioritization
• Assessment, monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in patients' conditions
• Advocates for patients, practices ethically and professionally within scope
• Maintains clinical competency specific to care areas, including organization‑required education within stated timeframe
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team
• Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR
• Promotes EBP and best practices related to patient care
• Participates in unit councils and staff meetings

• Graduate of Registered Nursing Program
• Current NYS RN licensure

• Prior patient and customer service experience
• As required in care area may include CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS, or specialty certification

• May require lifting (up to 50 lbs), may require sitting or standing for long periods; must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job

• $41.90 to $49.50 per hour
