Location:

Corona (Queens), NY Salary: $115,000/year

Schedule:

Monday through Friday; 6am-2pm

Do you believe in second chances, recovery, and whole-person care? At Elmcor Youth & Adult Activities, Inc., we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Residential Services team and help guide participants through their wellness journey.

As the RN, you'll play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional health of residents in recovery by:

• Overseeing daily medical needs of participants
• Administering and monitoring medications, including self-medication protocols
• Developing personalized care plans and training programs
• Supporting individuals through counseling, harm reduction, and education
• Conducting risk assessments and referrals to necessary health services
• Supervising LPNs and collaborating with the Residential Coordinator
• Providing consistent, caring, and trauma-informed support

• NYS Licensed RN (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in chemical dependency or substance use services
• Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Comfortable supervising staff and managing care plans
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Must pass OCFS clearance
