Per Diem, Night shift - Pay: $1.44 - $1.44 Hourly
- Carry out patient care responsibilities emphasizing decision‑making in the nursing process.
- Provide competent, safe, and compassionate care based on established standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to formulate and implement a comprehensive patient‑centered plan of care.
- Collect, assess, and document patient healthcare data.
- Involve patient/family and interdisciplinary team to identify a realistic and measurable plan of care.
- Prioritize care based on collected data.
- Document assessment and reassessment in medical records.
- Implement interventions in coordination of patient care in a safe and timely manner.
- Educate the patient/family regarding health status and established plan of care.
- Evaluate the patient's progress towards expected outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required
- Experience: 2 years minimum relevant experience required
- Licenses &
Certifications:
Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York;
Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
