Schedule:

8-Hour Evening Shift

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 6 weeks

Requirements:

• Active LPN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to cover CNA duties as needed

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities for patients as required.

Compliance / Notes:

• Requires a thorough background check, including a 7-year verification and state checks.
• Reliable transportation is necessary as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
• No self-scheduling; shifts may be adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs.
• Must explain any employment gaps over 90 days.
