Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LTAC
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) unit. This position requires a commitment to providing quality patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in patient management and will be expected to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and support to patients in the LTAC setting.
- Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Cover Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN is required.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Complete and accurate work history, including facility type and EMR experience.
- All necessary background checks must be on file at the time of submission.
This position offers an 8-hour evening shift. You will be expected to work a minimum of every other weekend. Please note that there is no self-scheduling, but you may have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed.
