Join a tight-knit team of nurse educators led by a dynamic leader, responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff.
Identify the individual and collective learning needs of critical care cardiac nursing staff. Develop and implement course curriculum, incorporating evidence based practice utilizing learning platforms that engaghe learners e t. Actively participate in the orientation of members of the Nursing staff Promote on going professional development . Actively participate in Nursing orientation program and evaluate staff competence .
This is a full time 5 day a week, flex position varied start and end times.
Preferred Criteria- Advanced Life suport Instructor Certification
- National Certification in Nursing Professional Development/and or Clinical Speciality
- Master's Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Education
- At least 3 to 5 years of acute care experience in critical care
- Current New York State RN license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications thur AHA

Salary Range:$156,300-$187,000/Annual
