Home Infusion - Registered Nurse

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Infusion, you will work outside of a hospital setting, providing infusion therapies in patients’ homes in Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties. You will build strong one‑on‑one relationships with patients and families and provide the clinical care and education necessary for their recovery at home.

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes.
• Deliver one‑on‑one home infusion nursing visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Challenge your clinical nursing skills by receiving continuous training on leading‑edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
• Assist patients to recover in the comfort of their own homes using your clinical IV experience and personal touch.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills when interacting with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and partners.

• This is a full‑time position; hours are mostly during the day and can go into the evening at times.
• Telephonic on‑call requirements of approximately five days/year; there are no in‑person visits during on‑call.
• Earn your hourly rate for both patient and drive time.
• Primary coverage area is Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties.

• Registered Nurse with a current license in NY.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word for documentation and tracking of patient care activity.
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.

• Home healthcare experience.
• CRNI certification.

RN Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

The typical pay range for this role is: $32.01 – $68.55 per hour.
