Location: New York
We're partnering with a leading home healthcare organization seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Instructor to educate, mentor, and develop the next generation of Home Health Aides (HHAs). If you're passionate about teaching, ensuring clinical excellence, and making a meaningful impact on patient care, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization.
What You'll Do:- Conduct classroom and hands-on training for HHA certification and in-service education
- Develop and deliver engaging educational programs and training materials
- Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (DOH) regulations and agency policies
- Evaluate staff competency and support ongoing professional development
- Partner with Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, and Quality teams to maintain high standards of care
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience teaching or training Home Health Aides or clinical staff
- Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of NYS DOH regulations and home care best practices
- Willingness to travel between NYC agency locations as needed
