RNRegistered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and document all care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred (
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing multiple responsibilities and tasks
