Steuben Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate Healthcare & Medical Services team. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor health status, and support care plans under the direction of RNs and physicians. Responsibilities include documenting care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and communicating with residents and families.
