About This Role
The Patient Care Director – RN – OR/Perioperative Services at New York-Presbyterian is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room and Perioperative Services. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who are passionate about driving improvements and enhancing patient experiences.
Highlights- Pay: $150,000-$185,000/Annual
- Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY
- Facility: New York-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Oversee daily clinical operations of the Operating Room and Perioperative Services.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements.
- Partner with senior leaders to support continuous growth in a collaborative environment.
- Advance initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance for a variety of patients.
- Lead efforts to explore new and innovative surgical procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required (if already holds BSN); must obtain within 1 year if currently pursuing.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required.
Certifications:
- Current NYS RN license required.
