• Stay on top of care plans and assessments, ensuring they’re up‑to‑date and thorough.
• Audit clinical records like a pro, making sure everything is accurate and timely.
• Be the eyes and ears for the Director of Nursing, reporting any documentation issues.
• Safeguard resident and facility information with the highest level of confidentiality.

• Solid experience with MDS 3.0 is a must.
• A valid New York RN license and a background in long‑term care.
• Top‑notch organizational skills with a professional, motivated approach.
• Strong computer skills to keep everything running smoothly.
