Join an innovative, cutting edge Geriatric medical practice that provides home care to seniors. The practice is based out of White Plains, NY and provides visits throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties.

This is currently a part time position which will shift to a full time position in the coming months. Currently you will be asked to work 2-3 days a week. Candidate must have own vehicle.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.

We are looking to recruit an LPN to provide home visits. You will be responsible to see about 7-10 patients a day and contribute to a care plan for each of the patients.

Ideal candidate would have experience in either geriatrics, home care or both.

• Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
• Administer treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Provide family planning education and support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Geriatric Medical Associates is a Geriatric practice providing health care to the homebound elderly. We provide visits to seniors living in assisted living facilities as well as patients living in their homes.
