Location: New York

Position Requirements Description CRNA opportunity at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center community and teaching hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Since 1889, the center has provided medical care to the community. Today, a dedicated staff including 1,800 physicians, nurses, and support staff cares for patients from many diverse backgrounds and cultures. Partnering with New York Medical College, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is committed to training new generations of physicians.

At this healthcare facility, the Pediatric and Adult Emergency Departments annually receive 90,500 visits; 1,400 babies are delivered; and outpatient services are provided through the ambulatory care center network.

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, $115.38/hr Base Pay + Shift Differential & Additional Call Pay, $100K Sign on Incentive

Case Assignment
  • General, endo, labor and delivery, ORTHO, GYN, URO, ENT, vascular, neuro, and thoracic
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
