The Nursing Department in the Manhattan campus is seeking full time Registered Nurses (RN) on night shift to join our team! This is for 12 hour shift and the location is the Upper West side of Manhattan. We are open to consider flexible schedules.
This position offers a $5,000 hiring bonusfor full‑time hires, with aprorated bonusfor part‑time positions.
Underthe direction of the Nurse Manager/Supervisor,the RN plans, administers and assists in all activities on a specific Nursing Unit, in a manner consistent with The New Jewish Home mission, vision and values.
Job Duties:- Participates in, monitors and reports about the quality of life and care issues of residents/clients.
- Participates in the assessment of residents/clients.
- Participates in the management of the Environmental of Care as it relates to the safety of residents/clients and staff.
- Participates in the surveillance, prevention and control of infection, by adhering to and ensuring compliance of staff with infection control policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
