Optum is seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse to deliver and educate patients on infusion therapies in ambulatory or home settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and accurate documentation.
The role requires NY RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of infusion therapy or related RN experience. Expect travel within Suffolk/Nassau counties and direct patient care support.
