This well-established internal medicine practice is seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team. This is a solo-physician practice with a large patient base. An optimal candidate must be willing to work independently in a clinical setting, as the NP/PA will be responsible for the successful management and care coordination of his/her assigned patient population.
The practice sees patients daily in the office as well as via telehealth. Experience is preferred but the practice is open to training a new graduate
. There is always a physician available for consultation.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients to include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and education
- Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician / specialists regarding patient care
- Chart daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely fashion
The position is structured as follows:
- Full-time:
Monday Friday, 800 a.m. to 430 p.m. - NO call, NO weekends, NO evenings!
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum one-year experience, preferred
- Current New York NP or PA License, required
- Self-motivated, directed, flexible and a team player
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Genuine desire to learn and grow as a provider
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
