Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to support our Director of Clinical Services. The Clinical Nurse Manager will lead clinical operations in a fast-paced outpatient, multi-specialty environment. This role requires a strong clinical foundation combined with exceptional leadership, operational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while developing and supporting clinical teams.

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising nursing and clinical support staff across multiple locations, and ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. This leader will serve as a key liaison between providers, staff, and administration to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and clinical support staff
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across multiple locations
  • Oversee payroll processing and timecard approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and optimize clinical workflows to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Support and drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation
