• Lead the overall clinical direction of an established skilled nursing facility
• Partner with an engaged Administrator and experienced leadership team
• Build and mentor high-performing nursing leaders
• Influence quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement

• Overall nursing operations and clinical services
• Staffing strategy, scheduling oversight, and workforce development
• Mentorship and development of ADONs, Unit Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff
• Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Clinical education, orientation, and ongoing professional development
• Collaboration with physicians, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged nursing team
• Drive clinical excellence, documentation accuracy, and care planning standards
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Partner with leadership to improve retention, reduce agency reliance, and strengthen staffing stability
• Serve as a visible, hands-on leader supporting staff and residents

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active NY license
• Proven nursing leadership experience in a SNF or healthcare setting
• Strong background in staff development, team building, and clinical operations
