Montefiore Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, science-driven care within a collaborative team. This role includes administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, and timely triage. You will document patient information accurately and participate in discharge planning and family education.
The position requires NY LPN license with registration, BLS, and infection control certification. Shift: Mon-Fri, 09:30 AM–06:00 PM.
