About the Registered Nurse RN Role:
As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents in Le Roy, New York. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and provide emotional support to our residents and their families.
Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and assess resident needs, including vital signs, condition, and progress towards goals
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and facility operations
