Description:
Facility is a state-run long-term care center that includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, and memory care. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed. They will perform medication passes accurately and safely and monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Timely and accurate documentation is required, as well as providing nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
The role involves supervising CNAs on assigned units and working with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend upon center request. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. Any call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior.
Modules are required and must be completed 3 days prior to the assignment start date.
