Description:

Facility is a state-run long-term care center. The unit focuses on providing rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care. Staff must administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Accurate and safe medication passes are essential. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition is expected. Timely and accurate documentation is required. Nursing care must be provided in accordance with facility policies.

Supervision of CNAs on assigned units is necessary. Strong attendance and punctuality are required. Organizational skills and attention to detail are important. Excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must have a personable and professional demeanor. Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities is needed. Being a team player with a positive attitude is critical. Dependability with consistent attendance is expected.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling needs is required.
